Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Enter your order number, follow the steps, and you will receive your return form and shipping instructions directly. Items sent back to us without being registered through the portal cannot be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@nolimitamsterdam.com if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Exceptions

Gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the size or item you want is to return the original through the portal and place a new order.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@nolimitamsterdam.com.
